Error messages would pop up or it would be stuck with a loading in progress circle after typing in my information. I tried several times. ### 1/5 — Nothing is showing up *2024-10-11* Bought the 4.99 pro version and now nothing is loading ### 1/5 — Useless in Beginner mode *2024-05-11* There is no freemium here. All useful features are suppressed leaving the user with information easily obtained elsewhere online. The app in beginner mode is only a shell to “upgrade” you to the $4.99 a month pro version. **Developer response:** Hi Ski2Win, Many features are available for free, starting with close to 200 hundred scouted top spots for Aurora hunting with exact locations and details, advanced filters, basic aurora notification, darkness graph, prediction for your location, real time Aurora data, unlimited photo & aurora sharing, unlimited access to social feed & sharing, access to where was photo taken & camera settings, sharing Aurora spots, participate in Leaderboardu of top hunters & photographers, advanced profile with your statistics, basic tutorial videos, more. Paid features include: prediction for different location, advanced notifications and access to advanced tutorials. The number of free features is high including the ones which are not available in any other competition app. Please contact me at jan@lumyros.com as I would like to find out more about your feedback. ### 1/5 — Does not work in my location *2024-03-18* I live in northern Minnesota and I paid for the pro app. And my location is not supported! If I would have known this I would never have bought the year subscription. I am so disappointed. Half the time the app wouldn’t even work in the evening so I couldn’t even see if there was a chat for them. ### 1/5 — Can't register or login with any method *2023-02-07, version 3.0.5* It's impossible to log in or register using all methods. I tried via email, Apple ID and Google, nothing worked. App can't be used if not registered so... Uninstall :/ ### 2/5 — Could be better *2024-09-26, version 3.2.14* A lot of bugs, sometimes just shuts off and right now the beginner side doesn't work at all ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2021-05-15, version 3.0.5* This app started out great, i loved the beginner side of it that shows the probability and the chances of seeing aurora borealis on a weekly basis. But after a few days that screen turned grey after 2 seconds and you wouldn't be able to see anything. You can only click on the professional side and that shows up perfectly. I preferred this app over others but because of this i'll probably just stick to other apps ### 5/5 — Excellent for aurora borealis. *2024-11-17, version 3.2.14* I was very happy with the app when searching for the Northern Lights. It offers a lot of options for everyone. I also saw beautiful photos in the application. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ### 5/5 — Amazing App!! *2024-03-27* The creator of this App knows his stuff! This app is beginner and professional friendly!! He has great tutorials on how to use the app to get the best out of the app! Sadly as of right now the app is not fully supported in my area. But I can still see and use all the functions. The creator has been more than helpful trying to help with anything I need!
