Error message does not work. Do not spend your money on this app. I aid extra to generate an avatar after waiting an hour said it was ready and it was blank. Tried creating something w prompts and received an arrow message. I submitted a refund request and a bot sent an email telling me to contact Apple. SCAM!

I purchased the 5.99 option to create avatars. I loaded my photos and started the process. It said it was working for more than an hour but never created anything, and when I went back to the avatar creator, it required me to pay another 5.99 to proceed. Tried sending a message to their support and it came back undeliverable.

I paid for the app and regret it. The prompts have to be input every time from scratch. And it crashes any time I request it to refine. Image generation seems very random at best

Tried it out everything worked fine. Upgraded to the pay once use it forever subscription. One hour later DALL-E quit working and never returned. Turn phone off… wait… turn back on… nothing changed.. Uninstall the app… reinstall the app… nothing changed. Try to contact devs through the app… email is returned undeliverable due to “mailbox full or too many requests”… or something like that. Try contacting support through Apple… no reply. When generating in DALL-E all it produces is an “unknown error” message. Everything else is working fine. iPhone 13 Pro Max running 16.1.1
