No option for free version ### 3/5 — Eigentlich tolle App *2026-06-10* Wir nutzen die Luna App schon seit rund 4 Jahren. Anfangs noch ohne premium seit ner Weile auch mit. Gekauft habe ich die premium Variante, weil es oben in unserem wlan nicht zuverlässig laufen wollte und ich dachte, dass es sich auf diese Weise verbessert. Hat es auch, zum Teil zumindest. Das Netzwerk Problem wurde da durch behoben, nicht aber die regelmäßigen Abbrüche der Tonübertragung. Die videoübertragung klappt garnicht. Auch nicht das meine Geräte manchmal keine Verbindung zueinander aufbauen oder sich garnicht erst finden. Alles irgendwie zu verkraften, wenn auch ärgerlich bei dem Preis. Garnicht geht allerdings die Tatsache, dass die App nach wenigen Minuten im Hintergrund einfach ohne Warnung abschaltet, was jetzt zum wiederholten Male dazu geführt hat, dass ich sehr spät erst mitbekommen habe das mein Kind weint. Das ist ein absolutes no Go (weil ihr groß und breit damit Werbung macht, dass sie im Hintergrund läuft und ich genau auf diese Funktion aktuell angewiesen bin) und wird wohl jetzt dazu führen, dass ich mir ein anderes Babyphone zulegen werde. Sehr schade, aber so leider nicht sinnvoll nutzbar für mich. ### 3/5 — Idee dahinter gut, Umsetzung muss noch besser werden *2026-04-27* Wir finden die Luna App grundsätzlich wirklich gut. Leider haben wir aber nicht die Möglichkeit 2 Geräte mit unterschiedlichen Apple-ids als jeweilige Station zu nutzen. Wir haben ständig Probleme mit der Videoübertragung, auch wenn wir sicherstellen, dass Internet etc alles funktioniert. Oft lädt und lädt die Videoüberwachung und es wird einfach nichts angezeigt. Das Laden der Videoüberwachung dauert uns (wenn es dann funktioniert) grundsätzlich viel zu lange - meist 10 bis 15 Sekunden bis man überhaupt was sieht. Das erste Mal Video wenn wir eine neue Überwachung starten funktioniert auch nicht, da müssen wir dann immer einen Neustart machen und dann geht’s erst wieder. Für das Video braucht man schon recht helles Licht. Die Tonübertragung und auch die Präzision finden wir ziemlich gut. Vermutlich werden wir nicht verlängern, bereuen den Kauf aber nicht und würden es für eine kurze Überwachung unterwegs empfehlen, für zu Hause auf keinen Fall. ### 2/5 — Sometimes it works other times it doesn’t at all *2026-03-04, version 1.62* This app is great for a quick fix but not long term. It would be much more customer-friendly to offer a one-time premium option (around $30) that covers both devices instead of requiring two separate purchases. Ich habe auf meinem Handy die Vollversion, jedoch bekomme ich keinen Alarm mehr, wenn die App im Hintergrund läuft und ich habe oft Verbindungsunterbrechungen sogar im W-LAN. Das ist sehr schade. Ich hoffe das wird bald behoben. Ich nutze IPhone 14 Wir haben auf einem Gerät die Vollversion gekauft. Absolut lohnenswert. Auch wenn ich mal allein mit den Kindern unterwegs bin, kann ich z.B. das Handy von Oma oder Opa koppeln. Ein Gerät beim Kind und eins dabei. Schon mit fehlfunktionen wie Ton geht dauernd aus Video geht dauern aus und dann gar nicht mehr. Und jetzt bekomme ich immer angezeigt premium kostet 19,99. kann die nur jedesmal für 15 min kostenlos testen. Whats wrong hab sie schon gekauft was soll das. Werde die mal anschreiben was das soll. However, since the update 4 days ago, we find that we leave everything on and working but on the parents side after a while the app goes back to the main page where you select parent/child all of a sudden without any notice. Then we are not monitoring and we don’t know. iPhone 17 Pro Max on the parents side side and 14 Pro on the child side. Child side is ok, no issues there. We would appreciate if you could check it please, the app was very good and useful before that.
