## What is Luna Cycle Tracker?

Luna Cycle Tracker is a focused, private way to record your menstrual cycle and stay prepared.

With Luna you can:
• Record period start and end dates in a simple calendar
• See estimated cycle phases and your next period date based on your history
• Receive optional reminders for estimated fertile-window, ovulation, luteal-phase, and next-period timing
• See your recent cycle history at a glance
• Sync the period records you choose to Apple Health
• Use Luna in English or Simplified Chinese
• Request account deletion directly in the app

Privacy is built into Luna. Period dates are encrypted on your device before they are sent to the Luna server. Apple Health sync is optional and write-only: Luna does not read data from Apple Health or upload Apple Health data to the Luna server.

Cycle phases and dates shown by Luna are estimates based on the period history you record. Luna is intended for personal cycle awareness and is not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or medical advice.

Cycle timing is now easier to understand. Luna estimates your current phase—such as the fertile window, ovulation, or luteal phase—from your period history and shows the estimated next period date. Reminders are more reliable and can notify you about upcoming cycle phases and your next period. We also refreshed the safety information with a cleaner, tap-to-open info design and fixed sign-in and notification issues.
