This was my favorite place to go, but must change it now given the loss of convenience. ### 2/5 — New update is bad *2025-05-29, version 2.9.0* Since the update I’m not able to make a payment. When I click the order & pay button it say that something went wrong & To choose another method. But I haven’t even gotten to the payment method. I’ve used this app for a couple years & have never had a problem making an order weekly. Has to be this update. I tried multiple times including killing the app & retrying multiple times. It was fine before this new update with new design for Resturant location. Just used it a couple days before this update. ### 1/5 — can’t login to account *2025-02-14, version 2.8.18* the app makes me sign up for a new account each time, only to tell me i have an account. then once i login and im about to checkout, it prompts me to sign in AGAIN! so i can never order food through my account. fine… ill check out as a guest. doesn’t let me! absurd. let me try on my laptop… same thing! ### 1/5 — Can’t save contact info *2025-02-05, version 2.8.18* When I fill out the Contact Info for an order the Save button remains greyed out, so it cannot be saved meaning I can not place the order. Placed order again, charged card a second time. App Again says it was declined when it wasn’t. Went to store. They said it happens “all the time” and they told me to call my bank, which I had already done. Need to invest in fixing the app. ### 1/5 — BYOB 2 Bowls for $25 is BOGUS *2026-04-14, version 3.0.52* Deal was promoted for online or in app purchases only but app is auto selecting a second protein for both bowls (chopped chicken and I selected gyro for both) then states the promo will not apply to items in my cart. Called restaurant and they can’t honor the deal. You need better testers-don’t offer a promo if your app can’t support it! ### 1/5 — 1 star *2026-01-15, version 3.0.50* The app is absolute trash. It constantly glitches and doesn’t work properly. Every time I place an order, it says the payment didn’t go through and tells me to try again but the payment actually does go through. Because of this, I miss my entire order, but my card still gets charged. So you basically lose money and get no food. This has happened more than once.
