They got back to me and I finished my policy the next day. Great app and great people running the company. I had been trying to get quotes online directly from the insurance companies but it’s honestly a pain in the butt just to get a quote that is the same or higher, not finding the company that would save me money. Then of course, I started getting a bunch of calls and texts about the quotes I didn’t want. I just don’t have time to go through all that. I found the Luna app and worked with Tanya. She was awesome with communicating with me and was able to save me almost $150 on my 6 month policy which has a lower deductible and additional coverage I didn’t have before. Then she offered to cancel my other policy saving me the time jumping through those hoops as well which I really appreciate.
