I can no longer see the moon phases on the moon tab of this ap. All the other tabs work correctly. 
Update? I see there is something about a preview of a new way to see the moon but nothing works on that tab.

This has been an amazing app for years. But a couple of weeks ago the moon phase screen went black. Right now the moon is full but my screen is black. Very disappointing.

If you don’t pay for the subscription or whatever you can’t see when Saturn is in Aquarius or something like that. You can see when the moon is in Leo or when the sun is in cancer or something like that for free tho.

Thank you, I was really worried you abandoned this app. Try as I may and as often as I tried app would not open on phone or iPad. Very disappointing.
This app, now that it works like it worked before, is simple to the point and attractive. Nothing unnecessary. All good!

It worked great for a few years.  I even paid for the one time upgrade to be able to change the dates.  However, when they upped the price of that feature by a dollar, I lost the use of the feature and was told I must purchase it again to get it back.

Not a bad app, but kind of annoying that after you pay to unlock the part of the app that shows the positions of the planets, it only shows six planets, plus the sun and moon.  Where are the other three (or two, if you believe the hype about Pluto not being a "real" planet)?  It's not like it would be that hard to add the extra information.  Sloppy programming.  👎  UPDATE: Apparently when Apple screws up and loses your backup and ALL YOUR DATA GETS WIPED, this app also forgets the additional content you paid for and requires that you pay for it again when you reinstall.  What a garbage app.

Got this to see when moonrise would be for the upcoming supermoon eclipse, found that this app doesn't give any data for the future or the past. Good grief.

The app asks for permanent access to my location information, even on the app is not open. Now why do you suppose the developer needs this information? It's 2015, explain yourself, dev.

This app provides good info, but only if you are willing to allow the app to access your location, even when you are not using the app. That means that it is probably a battery-hog. Most apps give you the option to only access your location when you are using the app. Less use of your GPS when you aren't using the app means less battery usage.

I really enjoy having this app, I’ve been using it for quite a few years now. I have paid for the extras, but they’re really inexpensive for the functionality. So lovely to know exactly when to expect the sunrise this morning so I could get to a great viewing spot in plenty of time (Summer Solstice) such a lovely experience.
I use the moon information on a regular basis too.

Awesome! I use the app all the time to check the moon phase. I’m curious as to why, on the Planets and Zodiac page, it shows the Sun on a moving rotation with the planets.
