One patient was delayed for several weeks, another’s therapy was completely stopped and this last one I did the initial evaluation on and was not allowed to schedule him and have not been able to return for over a week through no fault of my own and have been asked to discharge him because he hasn’t been seen. The lack of communication from LUNA to me on this cycle has been pathetic. By the time this is resolved, the patient may not want me to return. This review made our day! ### 5/5 — Font contrast *2025-08-08* I like the contrast of the finished document before I sign it off (it is crispy clear ). However, the document I start typing manually, the fonds are faded and the background is faded. When the fond is pink and faded, it’s hard to see when you’re outside on the road trying to type or dictate the notes. It needs darker letters ( black rather than pink on white find) more contrast. The lower the contrast the more eye strain and yet fatigue. I don’t wear eye glasses and I can see very well sort distances but staring at a screen for hard an hour at a time, the faded pink/ purple letters on white background is torture for the eyes. We'll keep at it. ### 1/5 — Don’t work here *2025-05-29* I used to work for Luna and over the years saw them slowly pick away at incentives and treatment of therapists. It is designed to make a quick buck as a minimal part time job. My issue so far has to do with communication from Luna-I was notified thru the app that the patient had cancelled a visit but still had next visit scheduled within the app. Went to the following visit and had to call to find out she had been hospitalized and was going to rehab. The interview function is obviously great as it can be used while driving, but even talk-to-text is so much more accurate and geared towards PT language than regular texting or using Google talk-to-text.
