I got the app because I was feeling depressed. I set it up, tried to talk and was told straight up by the app “I’m unable to provide the help that you need… it’s important to talk things over with a mental health professional”. 😞 JFC. So the therapy app isn’t there for people who have depression - just a heads up.

I have just tried it recently and I’m in love ! 
The mood tracking feature is an absolute + ,especially that it’s synced automatically with the chat ! The messaging quality is quite surprising because it is based on gpt, but I never had these enriching dialogues with gpt. 
The app is also quite innovative, with the chat giving you things to do during your day that are prescribed to you by the therapist automatically ! 
I definitely recommend it.
