It’s impossible to lock your lunch box settings. When setting the pin you can type in the code you want but there isn’t a confirm button. You only have the options to Cancel or Cancel. It’s absolutely dumb. If that option would work that would be cool but it doesn’t.  I’ve had people randomly connecting to my lunchbox and turning it off and changing the name. 
Fix your app!

Improvement on Bt Range would be nice. I have it sitting less than 3 feet away from me and it is constantly disconnecting. Otherwise, that is my only complaint on the app.

I feel like I’m missing something but the app doesn’t seem to send you a notification when your food is actually ready. It’d be nice if the in app notifications actually worked (I have all the possible notification settings turned on). And I’d also love if this app could be connected to Live Activities. It’d be great to see a countdown to when the food is ready and then get a badge or lock screen notification

Bluetooth range is poor, app also crashes when trying to connect to lunchbox and does not provide reliability when checking the temp of your food. 

Also User Interface looks very outdated!!

I love the product, the app could use some work. I always have to reconnect to the device if it’s been over 5 minutes. Also, a battery meter in the app would be great!

The app is not picking up my Bluetooth signal from my lunchEaze box I have tried restarting my phone and everything in it still not connecting how can I restart the Bluetooth connection in the lunchEaze box ????????????????

Used the lunch box a few time so far, great product. 
Pros:
1: Hot meal when you want it
2: Simple to set up
3: Strong lid and metal container
Cons:
1: You really get one hot meal before you have to charge 
2: APP need a lot of work. 
3: Bluetooth range is terrible 
4: Be mindful of what you put in the carrying case it will also heat up anything you put in the upper pocket. 
Overall it’s a good product if for a hot lunch or dinner if you’re at a job site. I’ll give it a 3/5

I would also like to say that something to think about is to improve the Bluetooth range for the app so we can check on our food periodically while we are working

Every time I open the app I have to manually connect and within a minute it disconnects, the lunch box itself is great, this app just needs some refinement.
