I reviewed the charges and place the order. But when they sent me the email with the charges breakdown, they had applied an additional $2.15 for service fee. I contacted them to dispute the charge, but they never replied to me. I deleted the app. I felt they ripped me off. Es extremadamente difícil comunicarse con Lunchera para hacer reclamos relacionados a la orden y, una vez contestan, se disculpan por los inconvenientes, pero no accionan más allá de eso.
