## What is lunch?

With our lunch:time app, you always have access to your MIN-TEC® guest portal. Browse the menu at your leisure and easily place your order. If your account balance is insufficient for your purchase, you can quickly top it up with your preferred payment method at the touch of a button. Secure and reliable options such as paydirekt, credit cards, PayPal, direct debit, and bank transfer are available.

For many of these methods, you can also set up automatic top-ups, ensuring you never run out of funds for your lunch. All your previous transactions are conveniently stored in the order and account history, allowing you to review your orders at any time. Use the order assistant to easily pre-select your favorite menu items for your preferred lunch days. This way, you'll never forget to order your lunch again. Send a quick message to the caterer with any special dietary requests, and your workday can begin.

If you forget your lunch card, no problem—the app will simply display a digital ID in the form of a QR code for you to use when picking up your meal.

Grotten schlecht diese App, unglaublich wie oft sie nicht funktioniert und plötzlich ist mein Zugriff gesperrt. Ich kann kein Mittagessen für mein Kind bestellen und mein Guthaben ist auch weg!!!!!

Seit Anfang an geht eine Fehlermeldung mit SEPA Einzug. Da frage ich mich warum man das überhaupt mit Lastschrift machen muss um Guthaben aufzuladen statt einer stink normalen Überweisung. Menüübersicht unbrauchbar, jedes Mal muss man auf den Tag klicken um die komischen buchhalterischen Einzüge zu sehen. UX ist echt n Fremdwort, schaut euch mal die App von Bayern an, dachte schon da oh Gott aber diese App topt alles.

Die App ist so unglaublich schlecht aufgebaut, unübersichtlich und unausgereift.
Wahrscheinlich weil man sie haben MUSS wenn das Kind in der Kita isst, sehen die Entwickler keinen Bedarf sie besser zu machen. Man kann nicht einmal das Menü einsehen, geschweige denn sich die Alternative auszusuchen.
Ich denke das können andere deutlich besser und früher oder später wird sich das bemerkbar machen!

Die App tut gerade so, was sie soll. Seit dem letzten Update sehe ich nicht mehr das vorhandene Budget auf der Oberfläche. Es ist im Untermenü versteckt. 
Ältere Versionen waren da besser.

Seit dem letzten update kann ich keine Funktion mehr finden wo ich das guthaben laden kann.
Wohin ist das denn verschwunden? Oder muss ich mich irgendwo wieder einloggen oder anmelden?
