## What is Lundbeck Events?

The Lundbeck Events App is the supporting mobile application for Lundbeck events

The app is a container for Lundbeck events, providing cutting-edge interactivity and engagement for event participants. 

IMPORTANT - To use this app you must be a registered participant at a Lundbeck event and in possession of a valid activation code. 

The application offers a long list of features that help connect, manage, engage and create at events: 

• participant lists, instant messaging, business card exchanges, lead retrieval, PSA pre-scheduled appointments, matchmaking, sponsor engagement, community walls and social media integration, 

• personalised agendas, maps, documents and abstracts, virtual literature racks, notes, personal online briefcases, questionnaires, session feedback, group messaging, attendance tracking, live dashboards, room booking systems, table arrangements, ticketing, badge printing, multi-language support, time-activated content and anytime live changes of everything, 

• all kinds of voting and Q&A, session comments, ARS audience response systems, gamification & scoring, exhibition games, stand and poster awards, quizes, jukeboxes, auctions, team-building features, treasure hunts, networking games, mosaic walls, culture and personality assessments, 

• group processes, brainstorming, idea ranking, live commitment, open spaces, interactive forecasting, photo logs and photo walls.

### 3.1.2 — 2026-08-18

- When creating a meeting in the app using the Appointments module, the date/time picker now shows a time-range based on the defined availability of the meeting location. If the “Allow custom location” option is enabled and a custom meeting location is added, there is no adjusted time range.
- Various minor adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes posting on feeds that are linked to live sessions, uploading captured lead scan images, and the “thank you for responding” text that has been made more visible in dark mode.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-07-01

- We're excited to announce that the app now supports Apple's new Liquid Glass design system. 
- Adjustments made to support the new workspace dashboard report called “Time spent in the app”, giving workspace managers clear visibility into how long each attendee actively used the app.
- When scheduling a meeting via the app, meeting organizers are no longer able to create new external participants that use the same email address as an existing participant. This is to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate participants.

### 2.50.4 — 2026-05-13

- The Universal lead capture module now includes an offline mode, allowing representatives to collect leads even without an internet connection.
This ensures uninterrupted lead capture in environments with limited connectivity. Any data collected offline will automatically sync once the device reconnects.

- We’ve enhanced the filtering system for the event list displayed when launching the mobile app. Filters are now ordered as follows: Ongoing · Future · Past · Testing · All. Count badges have also been added to display the number of events in each category.

### 2.49.1 — 2026-04-14

- We have made various design adjustments to the mobile app user interface, with a focus on accessibility and improved support for screen readers.
- With the Universal lead capture module, for leads captured via OCR lead scanning, app users can no longer see the show image button in the lead profile.

### 2.47.1 — 2026-02-16

Please note that support for iOS version 16 has been discontinued since February 3, 2026. The latest supported versions for iOS are versions 17 and onwards.
