I opened this app, curious about what it offered. Not worth it. The design was a bit annoying so I closed out of it. If you don’t finish the process they’ll still charge you $39.99 for premium and it’s non-refundable. It had a long onboarding process, and the design wasn’t really my speed. I never finished the process, but it asks us to pay a dollar before we even see what we’re getting. As an added bonus, I couldn’t figure out why it didn’t show up in my subscriptions in my settings, so I went on a fun lil goose chase that hopefully did and the trial. I’m realizing it’s probably designed in this way to capture the money so you can’t just pay a dollar and unsubscribe via the subscriptions ecosystem in settings.. you have to go to their website and figure it all out before the clock rolls over. They may take 48 hours to respond to a help ticket… as a result, if you forget until the day, you’re likely screwed. Good luck out there ### 1/5 — a maze of scams *2025-10-16, version 14.0.1* This is an insane overwhelm maze of an app. It is not intuitive. It feels designed to trap you. It’s stressful to use. The videos that are supposed to be soothing are just silly cartoons and they feel like an after thought. ### 1/5 — Glitchy, loops, impossible to cancel. I select my 3, select done and it goes back to the screen with the only option being “pick apps” but that button is no longer active at this point. I have closed to app completely, opened it back up and I have to start all over again. I get back to the same screen to pick the apps and boom! Stuck again. I tried finding customer support but it tells me to open the app and go to my profile. I can’t get through the setup to even get to my profile. I don’t know what else to do other than write this review and hope someone helps. If not, I’m deleting the app, but keeping this review as 1 star (and would choose no stars if that were possible). ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed *2025-09-11* I haven’t been able to use a single day in my first trial week!!! First: Lune totally locks up when I choose my apps to shut down!! Second: I am required to redo the future letter & Ulysses Contract every time I try to log on… then choose my apps again, even though Lune still has my previous selections marked. I love Fabulous, Clarify, & others; please fix this ASAP & start my trial over. ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose *2025-09-09* This app is buggy and unusable. It doesn’t allow you to complete the setup process as it crashes partway though. I’ve left it open and then it just loops to the beginning of set up. Unfortunately this app doesn’t work for me. It wants me to set up screen time limits and when I select which apps to include it won’t move past this screen, it just is stuck. I have tried removing and redownloading, waiting longer, etc and nothing works. Disappointing. It has been months. You can’t call and messaging them has had no answer for many people. I keep getting charged monthly. I cannot see them pop up on my app subscriptions in my phone and on the website there is no option to unsubscribe. You can cancel your account, but that will continue charging. Lune, Ambiance, Summary, Clarify, Lumiere, Enchant, and probably others are all part of the same company. ### 1/5 — Predatory scam *2026-02-01* DONT EVER USE THESE APPS! this company is a scam. They are repeatedly charging me subscriptions that the app says don’t exist. When I log in, it recognizes my account, but asks me to sign up for a subscription. When I log in on the website it says I am using a free account. Their website says you can cancel the subscription in the app on the profile button, but I can’t reach the profile without signing up for another subscription. I was charged $40 this morning and the app says I have to pay another $40 to sign in. You can’t cancel online. Google the company and literally every review is about how this is a fake company. ### 1/5 — This is just AWFUL *2025-12-17* Do NOT accept any free trials and do NOT take any subscriptions from the Lune app, the Fabulous app or the Clarify app. Or anything associated with this company. Their customer support is beyond horrible. You get offered a free trial to one app, and the sneak in a subscription to another app that you don’t even have in your phone. Then the subscription does not appear in the Subscription list under your Apple ID, making it almost impossible to track Thai down and get it cancelled. And then when you request a refund, they tell you that you agreed to the terms of service and it’s too bad for you that you didn’t cancel a subscription you didn’t know you had. Absolutely unacceptable and criminal behaviour.
