Doesn’t have live support neither phone call support. 

If you made the complaint, they will just reimburse you $3 dollar for next purchase. 

Worst delivery service ever seen.

I updated the app as it requested and wanted to place an order but there was no items at all. All empty pages for all the categories. I thought it went bankrupted

过年下了一单，因为电话总有诈骗电话，设置了需要拨打方按键才能接通，陆牛找的第三方运货司机不懂操作导致电话一直没有打进来，结果说我不接电话。客服让我自己联系司机，司机让我取消订单，而且后面都不接我电话沟通。和陆牛客服解释半天不听，就让我付司机的运费，一开始要6块，后来要8块。货没收到，让我付运费，有没有这么不讲理的电商？最后我气不过说那就取消订单吧，最奇葩的操作出现了，系统把我拉黑了，我后面不能再下单了，各位消费者擦亮眼吧。

这家平台太坑爹了、前几天她们平台做点赞活动宣传送面膜，参加的时候再三跟客服确认🈵️赞后保留朋友圈24小时后领取18.88无门槛优惠卷、最后账户里的优惠卷是满减的卷、这不是赤裸裸的欺骗客服消费行为吗？这种随意更换游戏规则的平台售后会好吗？请大家使用之前三死

Better than TnT, Superstore and Instacart in all aspects: price, delivery, quality of produce. Won’t buy from elsewhere from now, especially as they aren’t a big box grocer inflating prices.

Excellent app, quality and service, high responsible customer service. They even have a market that’s for customers shopping in person instead of online shop.
Must give them a try!

不知道為什麼這麼多人寫差評。不知道是哪區的？我用的是溫哥華區陸牛 感覺商品品質不錯 客服也很負責 有問題立馬回覆。損壞 壞掉物品 不廢話立馬退錢。隨時可以查看物品送到哪了。用的很是安心。唯一比較不好的是購物冰淇淋冰棒之類的。不過夏天 哪東西運輸本就不易 要購買 確定全天在家等待貨物比較安全。
