This app was meant to replace a well established previous app and has so far been a massive disappointment. Services cannot be accessed without going through a cumbersome series of general questions followed by layer after layer of irrelevant options that seem never to include what one needs. The result is that it feels likely that the app is meant to exclude many people from the health care system by providing a frustrating and irrelevant experience. I’ll bet that easily 5-10% of app visitors give up on seeking help. When a provider does engage after all of these barriers, they’re great. But it takes a superhuman level of patience to get there and even then, the constant app glitches throw you out of those chats enough that even the great providers get interrupted by the poor app performance. Apps can be very effective. Please make this one better. I know you can!
