## What is Lupex?

Lupex is a social media blocker with a lantern.

Feeds are built to hook you. Lupex, a small hooded guide with a lantern and a hook, is built to pull you back out and keep you walking towards what you actually want.

LUPEX STEPS IN
Open Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X or Facebook and Lupex opens first (a one-minute Shortcuts setup, guided in the app). Before you go in, it asks:
• Do you really want this?
• Did you finish today's milestones? Every visit to the feed is shown hour by hour next to what you got done.
• Your own words, held up to you: the goals and worries you shared with Lupex, and how far behind your numbers are
• What exactly do you need to do in there? Reply to DMs, post, check one thing…
• How long? 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 minutes, and every minute is a press-and-hold

YOUR LANTERN
Every day starts with a full lantern. Each visit burns a little light, every minute more, and Reels burns it fast. Walk away and it brightens. At night, the light that's left is your score: a radiant, bright, dim or dark day. Put it on your Home Screen as a widget.

YOUR PATH AND YOUR NUMBERS
Set your milestones with dates: launch the shop, pass the exam, pay off the card. Lupex draws them as a path lit by each day's lantern. Give a milestone a number (money made, kg, clients) and Lupex asks for the total every day, charts your pace against where you should be, forecasts where you'll land, and uses the gap when you reach for the feed.

TODAY'S MILESTONES
Every morning: the quote of the day and your milestones for today, with the time you'll give each. Tick them off with a tap.

EVERY SESSION, TIMED
Lupex times each visit and reminds you, with soft tense ticks rather than sirens, when your minutes are up. The hook map shows your hook hours, your usual excuse and how long you stay versus what you asked for.

THE DAY CARD
At 8 pm: your lantern, a roast that's honest and a little savage, the feed versus your milestones, every session, and tonight's quote. Share it and dare your friends to keep theirs brighter.

KICK ME OFF REELS
Optionally, Lupex can watch for the Reels tab while you use Instagram, using Apple's screen broadcast that you start yourself. It looks only at the bottom tab bar, on your iPhone, and lets each frame go instantly. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything you tell Lupex (goals, worries, milestones, numbers, sessions) stays on your iPhone. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Your account is just your email, for signing in.

LUPEX PRO: SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Lupex needs a Lupex Pro subscription, bought in the app after onboarding:
• Yearly: $19.99/year, with a 7-day free trial
• Monthly: $7.99/month
Prices may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
