## What is LUPUS?

Being at home while on the road, that is the leading design principle of this app. The LUPUS app offers you all the important information you require at a single glance. The new home screen of the app – the dashboard – is completely adjustable to your individual needs. Hence, you have access to the information and functions you require (e.g. switches, cameras, temperature, humidity, etc.).  The intuitive interface grants you access to all the functions of your system. Full screen push notifications guarantee that you are immediately informed about any occurrences at your home. The app supports every current LUPUS product, such as alarm panels, IP-cameras, and recorders.

In combination with our Smarthome alarm panels, the app offers you:
 - Installation wizard to guide you through the initial steps of the installation.
 - Configuration and set-up of the system and sensors.
 - Individually adjustable dashboard.
 - Quick overview of all open sensors, notifications, hints, and automations.
 - Arm / disarm of all sensors or of single rooms.

Hallo , leider kann ich keine Aufnahmen mehr anschauen. Sobald ich auf suchen drücke, stürzt die App ab , ansonsten passt die App und macht was Sie soll. Gruß

### 3/5 — Fehlende Einbindung in die App: LE 202 „neu“

Lupus-Produkte sind überwiegend von guter Qualität, dieses Niveau haben die Softwarelösungen nie erreicht. Nutzerorientierung war bei deren Gestaltung kein zentrales Kriterium, im Laufe der Jahre kann man bei technischen Hintergrundkenntnissen die Gedankenwege der Programmierer aber weitgehend nachvollziehen (mehr als vierzig Sensoren und sechs Kameras boten mir schöne Trainingsmöglichkeiten). Dass aber auch die aktualisierte Version der App das eigene Produkt LE 202 „neu“ (bei dem nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass der Kamera mehrere Funktionen der bisherigen LE 202 fehlen) immer noch nicht einbindet, ist schon blamabel. IPC & Co. schaffen das erfreulicherweise ohne Probleme. Oder habe ich als „early adaptor“ beim Kauf in der Übergangsphase von alt auf neu nur ein Montagsexemplar erwischt, und die Hardware ist ein Problem? Wäre auch nicht gut, aber einfacher zu lösen.

Das einzig Wünschenswerte ist für mich, dass der Zugriff auf mehrere Kameras einfacher wäre. Jede Kamera aufrufen, Verbindung herstellen, Aufnahmen checken …. das dauert, selbst wenn es keine Aufnahmen gibt. Geht wohl nicht besser?
P.S. Doch geht! Lupus hat mir gezeigt wie man eine Mehrfachansicht einrichtet. Super!

Habe diese Alarmanlage schon seit sehr vielen Jahre, sie ist leicht konfigurierbar und läuft auch heute noch tadellos. Im Vergleich zu meiner alten Alarmanlage, hatte ich bislang keinen Fehlalarm. Die Batterien der Sensoren halten bei mir zudem einige Jahre. Bin sehr zufrieden wie auch andere, den ich LUPUS empfohlen habe. Würde diese Anlage jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Ich habe seit ca. 6 Jahren eine XT2 die macht grundsätzlich was sie soll! Über das eine oder andere Problem habe ich immer großzügig hinweggesehen! Zum Beispiel muss ich mich immer abmelden und neu anmelden,wenn ich einen Schalter bedienen will! Dann dauert ewig bis sich mal das Bild aufbaut egal ob im eigenen WLAN oder unterwegs! Das wurde nach dem letzten update zwar besser aber trotzdem nervt es! Dann finde ich lästig, dass ein Alarm kommt, wenn ein Sensor eine niedrige Batterie hat! Aber am Besten ist, dass ich das neue Firmwareupdate nicht machen kann! Obwohl die Alarmanlage unscharf ist werde ich gebeten diese erst unscharf zu schalten!

Im Großen und Ganzen, aber nach so vielen Jahren hätte so ein kleines redesign auch mal was, einfach fürs Auge. Ich nutze das System seit jetzt fast 8 Jahren und es hat sich seitdem kaum was getan. Ja, Dashboard usw. Aber die Optik ist schon schwer Retro. Meine App muss seit neuestem auch ständig beendet und neugestartet werden, um mit Zustände von Sensoren korrekt anzeigen zu lassen.

Ich bin mit meiner XT1 nach wir vor sehr zufrieden. Bisher erfolgte die Bedienung meinerseits immer mit der App. Diese ist mit den letztem Update jedoch noch mal massiv langsamer geworden. Die App ist vom Aufbau und Inhalt absolut in Ordnung jedoch dauert der Verbindungsaufbau und die Übertragung von Befehlen einfach zu lange. Das macht inzwischen wirklich kein Spaß. Hier müsst ihr bitte dringend zeitnah nachbessern.
