### 3/5 — Clunky App

*2026-07-07*

Feels very much a Beta version. Biometric log in does not always work and resets.
Can’t go back to change anything and have to start from scratch.
Some questions are not clearly defined leaving them open to interpretation.

### 2/5 — Flaws

*2026-06-22, version 2.104.0*

The main issue is adding measurements after the morning. Sometimes I have to write them down. Sadly you can’t then enter them later that day. If people are working it’s not very user friendly

### 4/5 — Good App - Really Complex to Access

*2026-06-15*

The app works well in terms of monitoring blood pressure, apart from the fact that you end up with multi factor authentication trying to access it. MFA on an app that you are trying to enter data into regular basis just drives my blood pressure up!

I have tried to set up finger print access multiple times!

### 4/5 — Impaired VISION

*2026-06-11, version 2.104.0*

I think the system is great . The only draw back is that me, the user with impaired vision, cannot enlarge the measurement pages making it easier to insert results.

### 2/5 — No way of entering past measurements

*2026-06-07, version 2.104.0*

I’ve been treated for hypertension for some years. The app is a perfectly good way of recording readings but for those of us who have previous records it’s annoying not to be able to set the date and time

### 4/5 — Noel’s

*2026-05-26, version 2.104.0*

Just hope I am doing my readings right, never taken my own blood pressure before and some times second think it

### 3/5 — Mrs T

*2026-04-27, version 2.103.1*

Blood pressure should also be properly monitored by the GP or the blood pressure nurse and not just by the individual

### 2/5 — Luscii review

*2026-04-22*

In my opinion, this app is a downgrade from its predecessor “VISO”.
Far too many pages; I am sure it has features yet to be discovered, but can’t be bothered to investigate. A simple “How to…” manual would be a good start. (NOT a linked YT video) Adding pulse rate cannot be done on the same page as BP, which means making a note of values. The process is much more cumbersome.
There was also an unacceptable gap in activating Luscii after closing Viso. Back to pen & paper which was really inconvenient since my body decided to throw a BP wobbly in exactly those 3-4 weeks.

### 3/5 — Frustration

*2026-04-20*

I find it frustrating to put the readings in by hand as 1) they are so faint to read and 2) don’t stay on the numbers typed in. The only one is the weight where the numbers show clearly and are responsive.

### 5/5 — Nice and easy

*2026-03-26*

Very nice and easy to use and love that I can track my own easily even when my GP hasn’t requested them.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-06-13, version 2.104.0*

This really is an awful step back from Visio which was easier to use and actually worked! I think pen and paper would be better alternative to this app.

### 1/5 — Dreadful

*2026-06-08, version 2.104.0*

Very very hard to log on
Keep asking for extra reading causes more stress

### 1/5 — Muscle app - user friendliness

*2026-05-28, version 2.104.0*

Poor, not intuitive enough. On first it’s difficult to find out where to enter results

### 1/5 — Miss judy

*2026-05-20, version 2.104.0*

I have been told I have a message. No message has been received . I am confused.

### 1/5 — V Poor

*2026-05-19, version 2.104.0*

The app appears to want to do everything for everyone and as a result does nothing well. Confusing to use and poor interoperability. Now at the point where I would rather just go to the GPs and have them take my BP or send in my readings manually.

### 1/5 — “ENJOY??????”

*2026-04-24, version 2.103.1*

It is a task, not a moment for fun.

### 1/5 — Not nearly as good as it thinks it is

*2026-04-19*

Our GP surgery in Dorset just switched to this. It’s worse than what we had before. The previous app was clear and simple. This is complex, complicated, unclear with poor syncs with other apps/devices and limited notifications. It would be more effective if I wrote my BP measurements on a piece of paper and dropped it off at the surgery in person.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-03-29, version 2.102.0*

So complicated, I hate it, and I’m no technophobe

### 1/5 — Very poor

*2026-03-28, version 2.102.0*

Unable to run and maintain OMRON App where all my historic readings are stored etc and use Luscii and had to find this out by researching the web as opposed to Lusciii making such an important piece of information obviously available

### 1/5 — Very childish pictures

*2026-03-17, version 2.102.0*

Very child like pictures in this app considering we’re probably mostly older people submitting readings
Find it rather insulting
