Ich habe mich in der App angemeldet und wollte meine Außenlampe in der App wieder hinterlegen. Die App lässt das gar nicht erst zu. Drücke auf das + , springt die App von der Auswahl direkt wieder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt. Wie soll ich so die Lampe wieder hinterlegen um diese anzusteuern. Somit hält das System nicht das Produktversprechen. Ich habe es erst nach zwei Tagen geschnallt, da die E-Mail andauernd im Spam gelandet ist! Jetzt konnte ich mich registrieren und die Lampe funktioniert und ich kann sie auch steuern. Connecting them was a nightmare till I found that lights are under different model in this app. Then was quite easy. But to remote on the lamps I have to be nearby to control them. If going upstairs the app is out off range for lights and that is saying lights are off line!!! And can’t turn them on or off etc. Totally crape . App is not operating with Alexa it self.
