Been a year and unable to login to the apple App, emailed the libraries and they dont care.

It says there is an issue and I cannot get into the app at all. It has been like this for a month now and I have to use the website as I am unable to use the app at all.

This is app has to be the most un user friendly app. Clearly someone at Luton Council gave the job to write this app to student on work experience . 

Download the app , then you find that you cannot creat an account. You actually have to go into a library to obtain a PIN number.

Should you wish to look for a book to reserve, the choice is, from a library in South London.

Plzzz can u have all of the harry potter books and the scarlet and ivy books on the luton library app and can u have 15 books on ur loans plzzzzzzz

It's easy to use. But if you have more than 3 books on loan it won't show the whole list which is annoying.
