We have had deliveries previously which have been okay Unfortunately tonight’s meal was dreadful 
A chicken donor kebab which seemed okay until I bit into a metal washer! Needless to say I did not continue eating 
The lamb donor was mushy and resulted in my husband throwing up within minutes of eating some of it
On checking food hygiene is only 2
Will never use again and reported to environmental health!!
