Welcome to Lütti – the new On-Demand Transportation App

With the new "Lütti" app, you can get from one point to another faster and more conveniently.
Within the municipalities of Bramsche, Melle and the joint municipality of Bersenbrück, Lütti takes you to places you can't easily reach by bus or train. Whether it's to soccer training, shopping or the train station - with Lütti, every journey becomes a comfortable and individual experience - according to your schedule.

Features and benefits:

* On-demand rides: No more waiting! Book your ride directly via the app and a Lütti will be waiting for you at the agreed location in no time at all.
* Flexible route planning: Our Lütti always looks for the fastest route and a direct connection between places. This not only means shorter travel times, but also more environmentally friendly transportation.
* According to your schedule: Ride when it suits you best. Lütti doesn´t have fixed timetables and adapts to your schedule, so you can stay in control.
* Share your journey: Rides with passengers heading to similar destinations are pooled, allowing you to share the journey with others. This helps reduce traffic congestion and gets you to your destination sustainably.  
* Accessibility: One completely barrier-free vehicle per municipality with an access ramp ensures that everyone can use the Lütti.

How to book your ride with Lütti:

1. Download the Lütti app, register and enter your desired payment method.
2. Enter your starting point and your destination, as well as the desired departure or arrival time. You will be offered travel options together with the full fare.
3. Click on “Book” and make your way to the location shown. Our Lütti will make its way to you immediately.
4. Sit back and relax as you reach your destination. You can easily pay with the payment method selected in the app or by giro/debit card in the vehicle.

Wollte grad mal einen Lütti buchen, Anmeldung geht nicht, da immer gemeckert wird das ich die neuste App laden soll. Ich habe die Version grad erst heruntergeladen…

Ich hatte für heute morgen ein Lütti bestellt. Auf die app stand ^Abholung in 2 Minuten^ der Fahrer stand schon da und als ich rausgekommen bin ist er einfach weg gefahren bevor ich ihm erreichen konnte!! Ich musste zur Arbeit....unglaublich

Selbst wenn ich auf „Fahrt buchen“ klicke, werden mir nur Busverbindungen angezeigt. Wieso sollte ich mir eine Lütti ab runterladen, wenn ich mit dem Bus fahren will??

Egal, was man macht, überall steht dauerhaft dran. Dass der Startpunkt nicht optional ist. Findet man irgendwann einen Startpunkt, der optional ist, darf man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zurückgreifen. Somit ist diese ganze App überflüssig, weil Lütti das eigene Angebot nicht stemmen kann. Es tut mir leid, aber so ein inkompetentes Fuhrunternehmen hab ich selten gesehen.

Leider kommt es immer wieder vor das vorab gebuchte Fahrten abgesagt werden. Oder die Ankunftszeit in der App anscheinend nicht stimmt. Anders kann ich mir die Benachrichtigung der App nicht erklären. Erst kommt die Nachricht dein Lütti ist um …Uhr da. Also läuft man los, steht am abholpunkt und es kommt die Nachricht man wurde nicht angetroffen.

### 1/5 — Wurde mehrmals im Rollstuhl „stehen“ gelassen

Desöfteren kam es vor das ich in Ueffeln oder auch in Neuenkirchen (was mal tourengebiet war und dann auf mal wieder nicht) stehen gelassen. Bei Orkanböen und Starkregen durfte ich den Heimweg mit dem Rollstuhl fahren. 10 km bzw 15,5km!!! Ich bin unterwegs gefallen und habe seitdem meinen linken Arm kaputt. Auf Anfrage ein Taxi oder Ersatz zu schicken kam nur „es tut mir leid“ ja, mir auch!! Und auf ein klärendes Gespräch wollten die sich nicht einlassen und bekam zwei Tage später die Email: auf ihren Wunsch löschen wir nun ihr Konto!!! Also Zukunft sieht anders aus!

Ich kann kaum eine Fahrt buchen als Urlauber aus Bayern...wollte von Bersenbrück Bahnhof nach Bockraden buchen...geht nicht da Abfahrtszeiten nicht auf Zugzeiten abgestimmt sind...Katastrophe...am Telefon erreicht man auch keinen, sollte nicht so sein...werde mich beschwerend an den Support melden...habe keine Ahnung wie alles funktioniert...die Buchungen sollten auch für nicht Einheimische die Urlaub machen gut erklärt sein...es ist sowohl auf der Homepage als auch in der App nichts erklärt wie man was machen muss...bitte bessert da nochmal nach liebes Team von Lütti VOS

Ich hoffe, dass der Bereich weiter ausgebaut wird.

Wir wollten am Samstag um 00:30 Uhr einen Lütti nach Bersenbrück buchen, leider war keine fahr verfügbar.
Aber das war nicht das einzige Mal.
Ich wollte in der Woche (Mittwoch) um 21:00 Uhr eine Fahrt nach Gehrde buchen, doch leider waren an diesem Abend keine Fahrten verfügbar. Sehr schade, da man sich auf den Lütti verlassen hat und man am Ende ohne Transport da stand. 
Muss aufjedenfall noch angepasst werden.
