I like the fact that you can be connected to people from different parts of world. I just don’t like that you can’t “get your ballon back” or collect a ballon on a person that you may have popped on by accident or after reviewing again. ### 3/5 — App Issue *2026-07-12* I’ve been using the app fine even matched with two men. up until recently it no longer allows me to collect or Pop. I’ve paid for the subscription it’s doesn’t renew until the end of the month. Keeps recommending people who are outside of my requirements - age, whether they have children etc. but will keep recommending those people and say it’s a 75% match 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m going to delete it because it’s not getting anything right. ### 1/5 — Developer *2026-05-17, version 1.2.1* The apps still needs to work. The algorithm keeps showing you people you’ve “popped” several times and the filters do not work as they keep show you people that don’t match your criteria. Also the verification feature isn’t great if it can’t verify people’s age. I had an encounter with someone who claims to be over 10 years younger than what they actually are and did not look anything like their pictures as they had aged. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-05-14* App says 14 day fee trial I received maybe 7 I like the idea but is too early I’m not a fan of charging $15 a month without me being able to find any matches in small cities. I’m not sure how much people are actually using the app. Maybe if there was a way to match those who were on the show only with those who were on the show this would be better ### 1/5 — Ehhhh *2026-05-08* I honestly don't know what to say I get the concept but in all honesty its not even enough people on here to even find a connection and I did match with someone and also noticed I can't collect balloons from another person. I downloaded the app & it instantly wanted a subscription before you’re able to do anything. It advertised a 14 day free trial but gave me 7 days only. I’m assuming that there’s not very many people on the app yet. There was a lack of candidates when you go to set advanced preferences. Everytime I try and take a picture of my ID it says I have to have a call. My birthday is wrong and anytime I try and update the birthday it won’t allow me. Too many glitches. I had to redownload many times. It kept getting stuck, won’t save, filters don’t work. I’m 26 yet I keep getting notifications from 38-42 year olds “keeping their balloons” for me. When for one I’ve always set my preference to the right age group 26-30, so I don’t understand why I’m receiving notifications from such people. Also I don’t feel like my type of man is on this app. As I don’t find many of the men on here as attractive compared to the guys on hinge. I like to see diversity on the app and it’s just technically the same type of men it’s boring. So I’ve deleted the app for good no use for me. **Developer response:** This was during our beta phase and the app has expanded since then. At the time, the app was only available in the US and was not launched as a worldwide app. It is now available in both the US and the UK, with additional regions coming soon. Especially because they are on Netflix and YouTube so they making money. Now it just seems money hungry. Do the ppl who actually go on the show have to pay? If not idk why they trying to make us subscribe EARLY. I can see if the subscription was for like a prime upgrade.
