After downloading all of my pictures from my iPhone and having the opportunity to add more pictures at a later date twice. Now I am no longer able to retrieve my pictures nor can I download any more. Keep getting an error message. External: open due error.path=/ When you go online and try to find a fix hundreds of people have complained about the same error message and no one seems to have a resolve. What a waste??? now I have lost my pictures that I have downloaded on the flash drive. It is so disgusting.
