Unfortunately, last month the app stopped recognizing my USB stick on the iPhone so I cannot back up or transfer things from my iPhone, but the app works on my iPad so that’s very weird. However, after a few days, I noticed an issue. Since it takes some time for the photos to transfer to the phone, I waited for hours — but when I checked again, all my photos ended up corrupted. I don’t recommend this product. If you’ve already started using it, make sure to test everything thoroughly before deleting any original pictures. It seems like there are still bugs that need to be fixed. Unfortunately, again I don’t recommend this. ### 3/5 — Bro. *2025-06-20, version 2.9* my photos uploaded perfectly and are easy to view but for my videos, some are watchable then some are just black. also there’s a filter option at the bottom, yeah it doesn’t work. i chose “filter by date” and i see 2023 and 2025 vids beside each other. also it took 97gb away from me. i wanted to add some more pics/vid from a recent concert and i uploaded everything but a single vid popped up in the flash drive but 97gb were taken from me. js don’t buy this flash drive save ur self the troubles. ### 1/5 — Devastated *2025-06-19, version 2.9* I downloaded all my pictures on here and they were pictures of my mom and grandmother I had so many that none of my family members have. After downloading all of my pictures from my iPhone and having the opportunity to add more pictures at a later date twice. Now I am no longer able to retrieve my pictures nor can I download any more. Keep getting an error message. External: open due error.path=/ When you go online and try to find a fix hundreds of people have complained about the same error message and no one seems to have a resolve. What a waste??? now I have lost my pictures that I have downloaded on the flash drive. It is so disgusting. It seem to work fine the first time but now when I need to back up again, first would appear to be saving all the files, but when you go to open the folder there’s nothing there so troubleshooting I went ahead and deleted the app and reinstalled it now it will transfer a file whether it’s a video or a photo but when youopen that file it is just a black image. so it isn’t actually working making this whole thing a complete piece of garbage. The only thing I don’t like, is the recent versions allow access to Local Network, which allows hackers to steal data from the App. ### 5/5 — People don’t read and that’s why they give this product a bad review *2024-09-20, version 2.9* This flash drive is only for pictures, music and video. It is not for other files like pdf or word documents. Also when you transfer files from your phone to the drive you can connect it to a pc or Mac and transfer them there or place them in a bigger external drive. People forget they must delete the pictures in the Luv app so they can import more pictures into their drive. The application has no bugs, it is the user who doesn’t know how to use it. ### 5/5 — Only if you want Security. 😏 TEN 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 *2024-05-14, version 2.9* This is my favorite app. I have been using it for years. You can even change fill extensions to convert files hassle free. To transfer files to and from the files app, I always zip the files first. The files also have to be zipped in the Files app before transferring to the Luv Share app. What I love most about this app is, others don’t have access to it while I am on the Internet. The Apple Photo App is extremely vulnerable while browsing the Internet. Someone infected one of my screenshots in the Photo album and is reporting that I have 2.8GB in the Photo album although it is empty. Everything was transferred to this app by allowing limited access but the malware was not transferred from the photo app. The malware knows that Luv Share exposes invisible files. 😂😏 Another thing I like about this app, is that I can play Music in the background. It also has Repeat and Loop which means I can listen to one song or loop all songs while I work in other apps. ❤️😁 ### 5/5 — not updated for ios17.1 *2023-11-01, version 2.9* it can read but can't transfer from iphone ios 17.1 to this memory! why not update?!!!! ### 5/5 — Everyone hung I could ask for *2023-10-03* Often there’s quite a gap between a piece of hardware and the software that supports it. This app does everything I need - backs up my contacts and provides a MUCH-easier method for moving files between my iPhone and my Windows 10 desktop. I especially like the built-in ability to encrypt individual files and folders with a password, and to set a passcode and/TouchID to use the app. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2023-08-31, version 2.9* I highly recommend this app and the flash drives that use it. I have an extensive video collection and like to watch them on my iPhone. This app is extremely good for this. It has great features such as: 1) The interface rotates to landscape orientation. 2) While watching videos, touching the screen displays not only video info but also time of day and battery usage. 3) Very easy to locate particular sections of the video. 4) Attractive interface. I’ve had a number of experiences where I’ve needed to save work, or transfer files to my other devices, and this app does it all and not had a decent enough Wi-Fi or data signal to do it. With this app I can transfer files from my devices to the flash drive, and then plug it into another device to transfer the data. Or just save it to the flash drive. I’ve not come across any loss of data, or problems with the passcode side of it, if you wish to protect your data from prying eyes. Full instructions are on the flash drive, and the app is pretty straightforward to use, as it’s a simple storage app, with data going in and out and being stored. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-10-25, version 2.9* I have had no problems with the transfer or access of my files. Transfer is quick and fast. I love that I can set up my password as well. ### 5/5 — FIXED NOT SAVING *2022-10-06, version 2.8.1* You actually have to have your passcode lock on. Always. To save the pics to the files on the drive, not sure why but once I kept my passcode on they all saved and kept on the file never removed them. Your phone keeps blocking it as an “accessory” unless you allow accessories with a passcode. 🙌🏼 try it hope it helps! I was confused too ### 5/5 — I love it *2021-12-15, version 2.7.1* I don’t understand why there are so many 1 star reviews. This app is perfect for storing your pictures and videos onto a flash drive. It will save you so much space on your phone and you can still access all your photos through the app and through the flash drive.
