Scam *2026-08-08, version 3.21* My experience with Luvly has been absolutely terrible. I signed up for a free trial in 2024 but never used it. I couldn’t cancel it. I’ve emailed them in numerous occasions to ask how to cancel the subscription. I’ve never received a reply. It is not in my apple subscriptions and also when I go to the website I can’t cancel. When I click the link saying “cancel anytime here” in the original email, it doesn’t connect to anything. They have deducted £41 from my account for 2 years and finally my card expired. Now they can’t take more money but I still can’t cancel it. I am disgusted with it. How do I even go about requesting a refund when they don’t reply to messages. I can’t update my payment infor for the apps I do actually want as I’m sure they will start taking money again. I signed up for a free makeup tutorial and it started billing me for something else completely. Over $65 a month for something I didn’t even use or sign up for, this Luvly: Face Yoga Exercises. In my iPhone and iPads both, neither showed any recurring subscriptions for this so there was no way for me to cancel something that I hadn’t even tried. When I was going to test the thing I signed up for it downloaded a completely different app and I never even logged in. Zero refunds. Never used. Billed for multiple months with no easy way to cancel because there were no subscriptions showing in either of my systems. Do not use these people for anything. I never even got the “Free Trial” of what I signed up for.
