Only one minus: I can’t book directly ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2025-02-27, version 4.121* Installed on 3 different devices, two iPhone 14s and an iPad - doesn’t open past the splash page / simply locks up. Try to look at menus it times out. I see no activities. I tried to “log in” and it won’t except my confirmation number. Seems pointless pre arrival and yet the description makes it sound like you can use it for pre planning. Is that no true? This isn’t helpful if you like to have an overview of the resort or daily activities. ### 1/5 — Don’t Use the app - waste of time *2023-09-30, version 4.103.0* This is complete waste of my time during holidays. It took me 2 days to log in via reception desk. Nothing works on this app. No point using this if you need to call. ### 4/5 — Good app *2022-09-10, version 4.83.1* After struggling to log in, but this was sorted by the concierge desk. The app showed lots of useful information in clouding menus and experiences. The only way it would be made better is to show all the activities available. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-12-07, version 4.69* This app is a nice idea but unfortunately just doesn’t work. Basic information like restaurant menus or cinema times/details aren’t added, and in order to sign in, it asks for your guest QR code or reference number, neither of which I’ve been given? Needs work. ### 1/5 — Stabilised NOT *2021-11-07, version 4.69* Version 4.69 Guys if this is stabilised I dread to think what it was like before.
