They only ever try to sell Amazon Fire sticks as the solution. Live programs skip or have 10-15 second rewinds randomly, constant playback errors, most of the time won’t even load live programs or movies, and most of the time it has a pixelated picture. When you reach out for help they always say technicians know about the problems but they never fix anything.
