This app has very erratic and SUPER SLOW connectivity... It can often take as many as 10+ attempts before connecting... yet other times it connects almost immediately. I’ve had my system for over 6 months, and hoped the manufacturer would have resolved this issue by now. There are many reviews of how poorly this system performs that have been posted for months! I question if the people at Lux Pro even looked at those... or care... or know how to resolve the problems! I did not personally chose this system, my installer did. If I’d known it was going to perform this poorly I never would have bought it! ### 1/5 — Worst app EVER!!! *2020-03-05, version 1.0.2* I’ve had my cameras for less than a month now, and every time I get a notification telling me the camera was triggered I immediately check the app. SUPER SLOW connectivity. It buffers forever, and sometimes the image doesn’t even load. I’ve gotten so frustrated with this app that 99% of the time I don’t even check anymore. That’s sad! I have a brand new security system that I can’t even access. (Where is the “ZERO” stars because one star is way too much! ### 1/5 — Frustrating App *2020-02-29, version 1.0.2* If you have security cameras, you of course want good quality cameras and an app that loads the cameras quickly especially if you hear something in your yard at 3 am. This app does not load the cameras quickly. It is super slow. I have to close and restart the app sometimes several times to get it to work. All my apps work all the time, however, I realized this app does not connect properly to the internet. The app is very unreliable. For some reason my iPhone got disconnected and now I cannot get the system to link to my phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. I have this problem daily and today specifically I can’t get two of my cameras to load at all. Very very slow. Tried changing it to mainstream for better image but it will not save. Always default back to substream. Pretty annoying.
