However the algorithm that governs the battle sequences is flawed, to cite just one of many absurd battle outcomes, I once lost 9 armies attacking an undefended territory and failed to annex the territory. ### 3/5 — Get rid of cards *2021-02-12, version 2.2* This game is completely luck, you could have almost the entire country but the other teams can just get cards and win instantly. A couple years ago if you lost, the game would continue to play until one of the computers colors one. This would sometimes take a few minutes and the only way to get it to stop was to quit the app and re-launch it, which was idiotic. When I complained about it, they just shrugged it off and said this is how it is. And now I see that there is no way to turn the sound off, so if I’m listening to something in the background on my phone, there is no way to do that and to play this game because the sounds of the game overwhelm any app playing in the background. I’ve learned many different strategies and it’s still challenging at times. It’s kept my interest over the years and I really enjoy coming back to it if I haven’t played it in a while. Great “Risk-Like” strategy game. Kids can even learn about the different regions of the US, including topography and how it might affect a large scale battle. When you conquer a city you will increase army next round.
