Designed by non-travelers or not tested with travelers. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-11-18, version 3.0.281* Dreadful app. Won’t open properly. Shuts down when you try to navigate and keeps asking me to verify my credentials but doesn’t say how. The whole UX is clunky and not designed for mobile. Even if you are logged in, it doesn’t remember your flight, so you need to have your booking reference handy.
