Nothing works, nothing is remembered and I only fly every week with Lux, (sadly I might add!). Not only it is slow but it also does not remember your passport or id card number . You also need to enter each time the expiration date of your documents . You need to find your flight using the booking reference even if you are registered with them . At the end we are miles away of an app like the one BA is doing. Shuts down when you try to navigate and keeps asking me to verify my credentials but doesn’t say how. It is so cumbersome to book a flight through it: It doesn’t remember credit card details and my autofill doesn’t work with the app. It doesn’t remember fellow travellers. The whole UX is clunky and not designed for mobile. Even if you are logged in, it doesn’t remember your flight, so you need to have your booking reference handy. Is anyone doing UAT for this app? ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Personal data breach on group bookings *2017-03-11* When trying to check in using a group booking reference or even individual e-ticket numbers issued to passengers on the same group booking, everyone in a group booking can see the confidential personal data like date of birth, passport number, etc of other passengers in the group when checkin in using this app. ### 3/5 — Basic app. Wish it would remember my details! *2019-11-03, version 2.0* Does the job, just about, but not as comprehensive or easy to use as other airline apps. ### 2/5 — Poor *2026-03-08* Completely unintuitive.
