I was finally able to send an email to their customer support - am now waiting for a response. FYI - The latest magazine out is January 2016. When I push the button "Subscribe Now" it takes me to the app store and downloads the app. When I open the app and select "subscribe" the only price is $9.99! Fail!! I tried this app a while ago and deleted it cause it just didn't work well. Thought I'd try it again, but I see the same careless attitude about subscribers still exists today, not to mention that the app hasn't been updated for 9 months. More of that careless attitude. For anyone thinking of using this app and accessing LUXE digitally: save your time and money. For the LUXE developers: go try out the digital version of AD. They know how to do it right. And the digital version is free with a subscription to the print magazine. ### 3/5 — Luxe app lacking *2015-03-01, version 7.0.51* No landscape yet pages bigger the a screen... Fails to download. Not only a waste but criminal. There is no longer a landscape option. It loses my issues and won't restore them. The pages hang and then the whole thing quits and then I have to delete it and restore to get it to function at all. Do us all a favor Luxe and take a look at Architectural Digest's app. That is how a digital version is supposed to look and operate. ### 1/5 — Bad news *2014-08-06* Crashes constantly. Pages refresh very slowly if at all. After an update, I lost ALL of my subscribed material!!!! I contacted customer support only to receive a reply asking if I had performed an update to the app. I replied yes but I never heard from them again! Then I tried calling them. That only lead to direction to contact their technical support via email. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The worst App *2020-02-16* I receive the print edition. But the app tells me “not allowed to download this issue.” Tech services tells me to delete the app and reload. Possibly the worst app ever developed. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Run on IOS 13 *2020-01-12* Tried to download the app several times and get an error that it needs to be updated. Hopefully soon as it will not run on IOS 13. I subscribed to a print and online subscription a year ago, which I was excited about, but then only received one copy in the mail and was barely able to access the online content. The program does not display in landscape format. Then, the company had the gall to auto-renew my subscription. ### 1/5 — Can't download issues *2016-11-17* I purchased a one year subscription and have been able to only download one issues. The other issues that have been released since the purchase of my subscription won't even show up in the app. Have tried everything suggested in the f & a and nothing has worked. Sent multiple emails to support with no response. Paid for a full year and only received one issue. So frustrating! ### 1/5 — Buggy app, no support *2016-09-25* I paid for a year subscription. Some issues I paid for never showed up in the app, and then after an iPad restore, they all disappeared. The "restore issues" feature in the app doesn't work. Over the past 3 months, I've sent 7 messages to the company using the support email addresses and message feature on the Support tab in the app. They haven't responded to any of my messages or fixed the app. Don't waste your money or time. ### 1/5 — Won't let me register with print Acc!!! *2016-03-23, version 7.0.51* The UI is awful and it won't let me insert the code from the print account. Such a diverse body of work and you really get your money's worth.
