I myself have around 6, maybe 7, hours of screen time on Instagram and I tend to override the time limits enforced on by the settings app since the option to is presented to me right there. This app helped reduce my screen time down to around 4 hours, give or take, 20 minutes as it requires me to navigate off of the app to even disable it. At that point, going back to Instagram is not even worth it.
