### 1/5 — So awful

*2026-07-05, version 6.0.15*

So embarrassing how bad this app is

### 1/5 — Your service sucks

*2026-07-04, version 6.0.15*

Never get the emails it’s worthless, complex. You guys should not be a thing

### 1/5 — Can’t access the app

*2026-07-01, version 6.0.15*

Just setting up the app is challenging in my case. To request a 6-digit code be sent to my email then I need to enter that code within 30 seconds? An email can barely be sent in 30 seconds much less retrieved and then entered into the app. Using this is not even an option for me. At least make the timeout to enter the code 5-15 minutes. 30 seconds is not realistic.

### 1/5 — Support-less

*2026-06-28, version 6.0.15*

If the slightest thing goes wrong you're in trouble because support is nonexistent.

### 1/5 — Beyond garbage

*2026-06-18, version 6.0.15*

If the slightest thing goes wrong your SOL because support is nonexistent.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-06-18, version 6.0.15*

Keeps changing my phone number in app so it takes forever to get a code. Always have to ask office for help. This app is horrible!

### 1/5 — Horrible app horrible service.

*2026-06-17, version 6.0.15*

The worst experience using this app

### 1/5 — Wrong notification. I got a message but my package's not there when I open the door.

*2026-06-13, version 6.0.15*

They ended up put it on the side but still able to send a notification that allows me to open the shared door and grab someone else's package (that's the only one in the box)

### 2/5 — How to fix?

*2026-06-10, version 6.0.15*

This app has been forcing me to delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it every time I need to pick up a package. I don’t even see the package that Amazon says I have until I reinstall the app. Please fix.

### 1/5 — Miserable clunky app

*2026-06-05, version 6.0.15*

There is no way these positive reviews are real. This app is so miserably clunky and slow. It barely works.

### 4/5 — Great Way to Receive Packages

*2026-06-01, version 6.0.15*

So much easier for a condo than having drivers leave packages just sitting in the lobby area

When our building first got this service, I was running into some notable bugs. Over time those seem to have all been fixed

### 1/5 — Pathetic

*2026-05-30, version 6.0.15*

An advertising tracker, seller, and distributor of your personal data wrapped in a package app. Ads in email notifications, in-app ads. No opt outs. No email opt outs. Unbelievably scummy.

### 2/5 — Name keeps changing

*2026-05-21, version 6.0.15*

Not sure if people have this issue or just me. My name keeps changing in the account details. I keep going back to change and save but it will change it back to someone else’s name. And I can’t get my packages bc my name is not correct. Not happy about this

### 1/5 — Do not use this app or service

*2026-05-16, version 6.0.15*

This app fails to send notifications a package has arrived despite notification setting in the app and on my device all being turned on. This is beneficial for the makers of the app as they can charge me late fees but not useful for me as a tenant and app user.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2026-05-14, version 6.0.15*

Doesn’t allow different people at same address to get codes. Can’t access mailroom without office assistance. Not all packages, like Amazon, initiate codes. No code.. no access!

### 1/5 — Good luck

*2026-05-07, version 6.0.15*

LuxerOne is honestly one of the most frustrating package systems I’ve ever dealt with.

Their system marked my package as received and sent me a pickup notification, which means the package made it into their process somewhere. Then the package simply vanished.

Management tells residents to “contact the seller,” even though the issue clearly happened after delivery and after LuxerOne registered the package internally.

The mail room constantly feels disorganized, support is unhelpful, and nobody seems accountable when packages disappear.

Technology is supposed to improve reliability, not create a black hole between delivery and pickup.

If your apartment uses LuxerOne, good luck.

### 1/5 — Worse customer service ever

*2026-05-05, version 6.0.15*

In my experience, Luxor1 fell short in several areas—their locker system frequently malfunctioned, customer support was slow, and resolutions took too long.”

### 1/5 — Holds packages for ransom no my building is raggedy. I’d rather report this without involving them.

*2026-04-20, version 6.0.14*

This isn't a package service; it’s a predatory billing trap. I have a package sitting in a locker, but the app is refusing to give me my access code until I update my credit card information. If I leave the package for too long, they’ll send it back.

Holding a resident's personal property hostage to force a payment method update is exploitative and should be illegal.

On top of that, their billing system is a nightmare—I’ve been charged storage fees while I was away with a "Vacation/Away" status explicitly set in the app. They make it nearly impossible to avoid fees, even when you follow their own rules.

If your apartment building uses this system, complain to management immediately. It is an "amenity" that functions like a ransom service. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad customer support

*2026-08-21, version 6.0.15*

The app forces you to let it track all Bluetooth devices around you then fails to open the locker which is the only point of installing it in the first place. I wish my building didn’t force us to use it.

### 1/5 — Customer support 😂🤬

*2026-08-06, version 6.0.15*

This pos app doesn’t notify users or the app’s partners w/lockers that they have lost connection and therefore have absolutely no way of retrieving one’s package. Useless customer support. Why is there no override code and/or communication with the carrier that delivered? Luxor sucks. My 1 star review. Is zero stars an option?

### 1/5 — If I could give it a 0 I would

*2026-08-05, version 6.0.15*

This app sucks. It never sends codes, doesn’t work half the time, and now it’s not even downloading for me to get my packages.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-08-03, version 6.0.15*

UPS says they left the package in the locker but the locker doesn’t seem to know that.

### 1/5 — Hate this app

*2026-07-31, version 6.0.15*

If drivers don’t scan in packages, this app is worthless. I’ve had to throw away 2 shipments of perishable goods; no notification and no code to get in the room.

### 1/5 — Unnecessary

*2026-07-30, version 6.0.15*

Luxer One is an unneeded middleman that adds no value to the package/delivery process. 90% of deliveries do not get entered into the system so I don’t get a code or a notification that I have a package.

### 1/5 — Unable to hold package with the app

*2026-07-25, version 6.0.15*

Not sure what the app is for if we can’t even use it to hold. You have to log into the actual website to be able to place it on hold which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app.

### 1/5 — Pointless ads

*2026-07-08, version 6.0.15*

Pop-up ads to get to my door code - what a joke

### 1/5 — Flaky and not dependable

*2026-07-06, version 6.0.15*

Sometimes the Bluetooth will work. Sometimes the lockers themselves won’t open. I’ll get phantom notifications. Support is awful and takes a long time.

Why can’t we just collectively agree to not steal each others packages?!

### 1/5 — No customer support

*2026-07-06, version 6.0.15*

Wait time to get an agent to speak with is 1 hour minimum

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Watch app and design refresh would be nice

*2026-06-01, version 6.0.15*

Great app. Does its work perfectly. However it would be nice if I could open the Locker without having phone with me and just using Watch. Also, the UI seems to be a little bit dated. I think it is a great time to switch to Liquid Glass.

### 5/5 — The app is OK

*2026-05-07, version 6.0.15*

The problem is not with the app, although it could be better and more explicit. I’m not sure it’s much different than getting it. Email that a package has arrived. The biggest problems with the car. Unless you’re at a fight at home.

### 5/5 — So far the app worked great

*2026-02-04*

App works great but the UI is bad especially for 2026 standards

### 5/5 — Give me a red badge notification if I have a package

*2026-02-02, version 6.0.12*

Give me a red badge notification if I have a package

### 5/5 — Love Luxer One

*2026-01-14, version 6.0.12*

I live in a large apartment building. The mailroom is filled with shelves of packages each day. It is such a joy to receive a Luxer One email with my code number.
I don’t have to go on a treasure hunt to find my package. It so easy to retrieve them from the lockers.

### 5/5 — Well Executed Tech

*2025-12-03*

I work in tech and have seen my share of half based “we made an app!” implementations that are just thinly veiled attempts at cost cutting. This is NOT that!

It all just kind of works. It makes our desk attendants lives better. It’s more organized. Altogether it is a superior solution to delivery vs. a package room.

Have noticed the random logout issues but seems like a bug that hopefully is fixed. WiFi / data reception is garages I’m sure will vary. But in our case, great implementation at 101 Lombard. Cheers

### 5/5 — works well with apartment.

*2025-07-16, version 6.0.10*

our mailroom is open- no doors so able to access lockers. if delivery not quite right -property manager checks camera and systems.

### 5/5 — Luxer One

*2025-04-05, version 6.0.7*

Review 1 , (I had this service, it’s a 99/100!

### 5/5 — Luxer is amazing

*2024-11-09, version 6.0.2*

So simple to use and to track deliveries. I hope the developer team can update the icon including a dark mode version!

### 5/5 — Great Service

*2024-03-19, version 5.1.1*

Fast, convenient, secure, your parcel is just a short elevator trip away.
