## What is Luxmore AI?

Luxmore AI is an experimental real estate assistant from Luxmore Realty, designed to help you explore homes through natural conversation.

Instead of browsing endless lists, you simply tell Luxmore AI what you are looking for – and refine your search by asking follow-up questions.

What you can do today

• Chat to find homes
Tell Luxmore AI your goals (for example: “2-bed condo in Richmond”) and continue the conversation to narrow down location, budget, size, and lifestyle needs.

• Ask follow-up questions
Change your preferences on the fly:
– “What if my budget is higher?”
– “Show me something with a larger kitchen.”
– “What about townhouses instead of condos?”

• Simple bottom navigation
Use a clean four-tab layout:
– Home: quick entry to start a new AI search or continue your last session
– Boards: access your recent conversations with Luxmore AI
– Favorites: save interesting results or messages to review later
– Profile: choose your role and customize the app appearance

• Role selection
Choose whether you are a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, realtor, or property manager. This helps us gradually tune the experience to your perspective in future versions.

• Theme & appearance
Switch between different visual themes/skins in the Profile tab to make the interface feel more comfortable for you.

Early access notice

Luxmore AI is an early version focused on AI-assisted property exploration. Some features described in our roadmap (such as full client–realtor workspaces or advanced deal tracking) are not yet available and will be introduced in future updates.
