It will ONLY move a very limited number of pictures from iPhones, particularly when in batch mode. Tried it multiple times with identical results. There is no development to this app. The App crashes when you try to execute any file saving if you can get your iPhone to recognize the drive. This app does nothing. Nervous it is a form of malware. It worked fine until recently, it will no longer allow me to transfer files from my phone. I have emailed support with no response. I tried reinstalling the app. That doesn’t work either. The last few times I’ve tried to upload photos and video, it will go through the entire process and then leave a blank screen. Nothing uploads anymore and that’s a shame. I hope you have a secondary backup plan before you delete anything from your phone. ### 1/5 — horrible and confusing *2025-04-22, version 1.3* when I first got it i inserted the drive into my phone and read the instruction manual. It was confusing to understand and even when I went over it over and over, it still didn’t click. Somehow, I managed to transfer one internal thing for my phone to the external drive, but then when I tried to do it again, it wouldn’t allow me to do it. It seems really sketchy and it’s just a waste of money. instructions aren’t clear. ### 2/5 — TRICKY on MacBook Air *2025-03-30, version 1.3* Works great on an iPhone but there is a snag when downloading the App to a Macbook Air. On opening the app you only get the top section of options so you cannot go into the external drive and scrolling down doesn’t seem to work. If it’s not from the flash Drive itself not registering or just being a piece of junk, then you can depend on this app to crash or not do the simple task of transferring items. I’ve never once typed a review before, But this is genuinely the worst app I have ever used. A 5 year old could have made a better product and app and to call your product “officially certified” is a slap in the face to any other product who is. Grammar is not great which can be problem that indicates the flash drive could also be problem. Considering where it comes poor grammar and other mistakes may or may not affect the security of the app or device. I’m using it on an older iPhone that doesn’t have my private info. It worked for some while until one transfer it stopped reading both my internal and external drives. The app fails to recognize the flash drive half the time. The rest of the time it may or may not drop for no reason. The app itself is clunky at best and makes finding items to back up a real chore unless you’re backing up everything. It allows you to select the photos to copy but then does not find the external flash drive. ### 1/5 — Fake 256 USB *2025-11-26, version 1.4* I purchased their 256 usb drive from Amazon during Amazon Black Friday and come to find out this is a scam company selling usbs that have been manipulate using modified firmware reporting the size as 256 but by me using software that fill out the entire drive it confirmed the true size of there usb drive which is fraudulent. Ugh!!!!!!
