## What is Luxul Easy Setup App?

The Easy Setup App for iPhone mobile devices allow dealers to install a Luxul MN-10 or wireless router quickly and easily while also ensuring the essential settings are properly configured, resulting in a more effective network for end customers. The app allows you to discover the MN-10 or wireless router, configure the internet connection, update to the latest firmware, set the administrator password, set the wireless SSID and passphrase for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. For the MN-10 add additional remote nodes.  For the wireless routers add up to two additional access points to the router’s embedded controller.

App starts off well with the promise to scan the model number barcode and you’re off to the races, except you’re dead in the water if your device isn’t Epic 3 or XWR-1200

So looks like I’m going to give up and go another way with my XAP-810

The technicians rave about this apps ease of use so I decided to try it myself at home! Having a fairly basic network, the step by step instructions were a breeze to follow. Now I see why it is such a great resource for a busy technician!! For clients who have a network that needs more advanced tweaking the guys can bring in the laptop and further fine tune to whatever they need.

I’ve been using luxul for years and they’ve never failed me. They use high power (higher than araknis and Engenius) and incorporate an actual heat sink. Others might boast speed but with speed comes heat and without a heat sink comes a failed unit. 

Their routers are awesome too. A built in controller makes a mesh system very sweet
