For the first few months, I was able to download the customizations for many watch faces. I updated the app, and now they are all gone. Some of the faces are still there, but the actual “Rolex” and “Omega” and “Cartier” names are all gone. It’s like they baited me, and now they are all gone. ### 2/5 — No Customer Support/unable to send emails *2024-07-01* Frustrating! Tried multiple times to contact Customer Support through email. Once the email is composed, then it won’t send. Is there no Customer Support? Face disappears after a while . Extra charges on my credit card for voice transcription that I didn’t order. I will be contacting my credit card to report the scam. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2024-07-20* I paid $10 to access the watch faces. They stay on my watch for 3 minutes and then disappear. I emailed them days ago. No response. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. What I did not realize at the time, was that the watch face that I loved is only usable when the app is open on your watch. It is not a watch face that you can use permanently. Most watch faces that actually work are poor quality and don’t look good. The app very often disconnects and faces cannot load properly. You can’t get support. Once I figured out how to add the face to my watch I realized that you have to set how long it stays on the watch. The max amount of time is 1 hour. After that you have to open the ap on your watch to put it back on the face. It’s not a face you can set on your watch like all the others. Just a temporary one.
