I downloaded it, and it stays stuck on opening loading screen, I tried deleting it and re downloading it to no avail

Allow us to download the entire protocols for offline use in case we don’t have service in certain areas & update the ability to zoom in and out when viewing protocols we should just be able to pinch in and out in order to zoom in, Thank you.
