Have requested deposit back several times, emailed them as well. No response! Is this potentially a fraud app?

The app has the worst user interface and some of the options/text aren’t fully viable. Moreover, it doesn’t closes the cabinet door and it considers as the empty can hasn’t kept back. This leads to the unnecessary deposit for a new water can.

A convenient way of handling your drinking water needs in the apartment. The service and the app is very efficient. Been using it for quite some time now and have no complaints.
