My initial experience is one of frustration. Most applications from the App Store support easy payment, download, sign up and access. LVL appear to have missed this point, and I’ve sent two messages expressing my frustration.

Beware of anything you buy from this company.  This company used to run an app called switch which they rebranded as lvl. I have lost all the money I put in their app and I have been chasing their customer support with no success.
