Obviously haven’t fixed the issue since then, as it’s still happening. But I'm surprised to say that everything has been seamless, I just followed the instructions in their email after signing up. I was with Vodafone before and now I'm saving considerable money with no noticeable carrier quality change (it's still Vodafone). I grabbed a long term plan. Helpful staff have responded to my email and to my phone call about international roaming (apparently your data allowance works overseas). The App is also completely adequate. I requested refund and the customer service was play word games with me. No matter how many times I call or email, they don’t refund or solve the issue.
