So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Jedes Mal, wenn ich auf „Verifizierung starten“ klicke, schließt sich die App automatisch. Ich habe es vier- bis fünfmal versucht, immer mit demselben Ergebnis. Die SIM-Karte lässt sich überhaupt nicht aktivieren. Nach dem ist die Simkarte aktiviert habe,wurde mir das Paket jedoch nicht Gutgeschrieben!!! Deshalb war ich gezwungen noch einmal zu bezahlen ,um überhaupt Datenvolumen zu bekommen. ich habe über 20 mal angerufen. und jedes Mal heißt es ich soll 24 Stunden warten dann bekomme ich mein Paket gutgeschrieben. Und das Problem bis heute nicht gelöst und das Geld ist weg und kein Paket erhalten! Vielen Dank. ### 1/5 — Grauenhaft - Finger weg lassen *2025-10-24* Unfassbar kompliziert aufzusetzen, Webseite und und App funktionieren nicht richtig, Geld wurde mir mehrfach abgebucht ohne Erlaubnis. Problem besteht seit Wochen. Bei der Frage nach einem Teamleiter hieß es. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Kundenservice hat mich nicht richtig verstanden. Schreckliches Kundenserviceerlebnis, dass ich jemals hatte und ein Produkt, dass ich nie wieder anfassen werde. Ich habe 4,99 € über die App aufgeladen und bekomme weder Internet noch kann ich telefonieren. Die App ist technisch miserabel – absolut benutzerunfreundlich. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen habe ich endlich den Kundenservice erreicht. Dort wurde mir allen Ernstes erklärt, ich hätte ein Paket für Kenia gebucht. Kenia?! Ich habe keinerlei Verbindung zu diesem Land und frage mich ernsthaft, wie so ein Land überhaupt versehentlich in der App ausgewählt werden kann. Offensichtlich ein systematischer Fehler – oder noch schlimmer: eine bewusste Masche zur Abzocke! Eine Stornierung sei laut Kundenservice nicht möglich. Natürlich nicht – das Geld ist ja bereits kassiert. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als vorsätzliche Irreführung. Dass so etwas in Deutschland überhaupt möglich ist, ist ein Armutszeugnis.
