Customer service had the audacity to ignore my questions and hang up on me. Unreliable service. Expect major issues to go unresolved for weeks/ months. ### 1/5 — Waste of time and money *2026-08-11, version 5.2.49* Just wasted 3 1/2 hours on the phone with Lycamobile Company since every time I started asking a question their phone line would cut off. I had to call back eight or nine times. At the end of all phone calls, they still couldn’t eresolve none of the issues in hand. Not able to receive basic SMS from any bank/wallet service. The customer support sucks, asks to wait for 48 hours, and then also no resolution, makes one wait for 45 minutes to talk to agent. No refund once enrolled, they ask to stop using service, but not port out either for a refund. Received Sim & can get and send texts but no data or calls. I call CS and they said they never had any promos like that and I had paid just for Sim and had to pay ANOTHER $15..... 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO SERVICE JUST TEXTS ONLY. WHEN I call CS they give me the run around. I GOT DUPED!!!! Can't get any help with CS OR REFUND I HAVE PROMO PICS TO PROVE AND THEY STILL DENY!!! ### 5/5 — eSIM Activation issue *2026-06-14, version 5.2.48* iPhone still shows no service after everything on my eSIM, please activate 😡 ### 1/5 — Inaccurate information on their website for get people to purchase; a scam company *2026-06-08, version 5.2.48* I wished I read the reviews before making my purchase. On the website, there are list of devices in which are compatible with Lyca mobile, however when I try to activate the number on a listed compatible device, I was unable to get any network/cellular service even with full bars. Again customer service has been unreliable in resolving this issue and taking too long to refund my money.
