Since downloading this app I’ve been gently reminded to ‘check in’ with myself. I don’t reach out to my spouse EVERY time I get an alert, but even reaching out half the time has made me so much more aware of what I’m putting in to the marriage on a teensy tiny level. I like that the app is unobtrusive, positive, not naggy, and pops up on my watch. Shooting my hubs a one-liner “love you babe” or an emoji or a ‘thank you’ for making me coffee feels really good. For both of us!
