It doesn’t even recognize your email. And when you try to have it send password it doesn’t even send to your email. I’ve used this app in the past and the support is amazing. But it seems like their tech maybe doesn’t keep up or something because just trying to log in is aweful and I don’t have this experience with Amazon or anything else. Even if it’s forgetting a password all other sites are an easy fix. This one doesn’t even actually send an email. Even when I tried to see if I could get in under a new email when it had to verify me no email.
