This actually helped me to relax and calm myself down enough to get some sleep. It’s hugely important to be able to connect with someone when you need them which this app in the only one I’ve found that lets you text someone immediately. They were also very caring and helpful - a real human connection at 4 am! And the price is very reasonable.
