Lyft Direct, Payfare, and Stride Bank allow fraud and unauthorized purchases to occur; they won't return the funds to your account and will reject your claim right to your face. Use this statement—"I dispute this transaction pursuant to Regulation E (12 CFR § 1005.11)"—if you see purchases you didn't make; they are part of a fraud scheme involving Lyft Direct itself. Their representatives don't speak English well and are based in India; they treat customers poorly and will tell you within five minutes that your fraud case is closed and the decision is final. If you don't want to lose money like I did—a total of $182.22—get out of here. Deactivate that card and don't use it. Transfer your money via the Lyft Driver app—which only costs $2—and don't take the risk.
